One Step data is stored in a SQL database allowing it to be queried from the filters within One Step or by other reporting engines.
- Custom reports can be programmed using filters within One Step Desktop/Configuration
- When One Step is installed, custom reports are coded as per the department’s requirements
- Departments can create their own analysis using other reporting engines
